Turkish airlines

Has anyone flown Turkish Airlines From Istanbul to the US?
They offer a non stop and it's very tempting!
Thanks for any advice

Obviously many people have flown if a flight exists. The relative diffences between flying with one airline vs. another (which is what I suspect you really meant to ask about) is a subjective thing. Some will say one airline is far better than another and someone else will say there is little difference between any of them. I'm in the latter camp.

Turkish Airlines is one of my favorite airlines. My only issue might be the airport where you are landing and the time. I detest landing at Dulles unless I can get my car and get well out of the area by 3:00 pm when it seems traffic turns to total misery. That is a major consideration for me.

We flew into Dullas from Istanbul on Turkish Air and found the seats, the service and the food to be better than AA and United. It's true that landing in Istanbul is a pain, and trying to negotiate their Offices is bad....but, overall, we were quite satisfied with Turkish Air.

Our issue was with traffic in DC, nothing to do with Istanbul or the airlines, just bad timing if you arrive at Dulles during traffic hour.
Perhaps we were lucky, but we had no problems at all landing in Istanbul. The airport is nice and easy to navigate. We got taxis easily and were in the city and to our hotel quickly.
