Traveling to Dubai for first time
Hi,
Traveling with family to Dubai next week from India. This is the first time I am going to board a flight . I am going there to work and will stay there in Dubai for 9 months. I will be going to Doha by flight and then to Dubai. I dont know anything about transportation and accommodation there. Can someone please tell me about the check in, boarding and check out process, about transportation with in Dubai city and any others suggestions.
Thank you
Matt

Are you asking about accommodation once you get to Dubai, or in Doha? You won't need accommodation in Doha, as I doubt you'll leave the airport.
If you are going to Dubai for work for 9 months, I would imagine your employer has a place for you to stay, or an agency to help you find a place.
You can check in online 24 hours before your flight or wait until you get to the airport. As it's your first time flying, I would suggest getting to the airport 3 or more hours before your flight.
You'll check in, go thru security and then go to the gate (you can see which gate you need to be at on the 'departures' boards). They will call you by section/zone or row- which will be indicated on your boarding pass.
You'll get off the flight in Doha, go thru security and board your next flight to Dubai.
Taxis are readily available at the airport exit when you get to Dubai.
