Transfer time in Auckland Airport
 

If one flies into the domestic terminal but then connects to a flight out of the int'l facility, how much time is required to walk/ride there?

I believe the bus runs every 15 minutes. I was just there one week ago. The ride takes another 15 minutes. If you have flights on separate tickets, give yourself extra time.

I walked from International to Domestic in nice weather and remember the walk (following the lines painted on the ground) took about 10-15 minutes. You walk on a sidewalk along the roadways, past parking garage, etc.

As Wally points out, the physical transfer time for you is one thing, but if you have to check in for an international flight in the second terminal, you need to arrive there several hours early. And, of course you will be clearing security, immigration, etc. in the international terminal.

Car park transfers are for cases wherein the airport owned or the affiliated car parks are relatively far from the airport's terminal building. In this case, the airport owner or the contractor provides complimentary car park shuttle buses to make circular or even shuttle runs in-between car park bus stands and terminals.
