I prefer the electronic tickets, but resent the excessive charges for paper tickets for those who prefer them.
I've often wondered what the airlines would do if a bunch of customers paid cash, using strictly COINs, telling the agent that no currency was being used as it's understood the airlines don't like dealing with "paper". :^)

ticketless travel did start with this airline....
Some one please help me to understadn why Southwest does not allow direct flights into Dallas from airports further away than Jackson, MS and Houston ect?
I have read what they say, but I need to dummy version of the reason.
