Solid Lipstick is okay

From TSA.gov
August 13, 2006
(571) 227-2829

SECURITY LEVEL REMAINS THE SAME, TSA REFINES AND CLARIFIES BAN

"Small doses of liquid medications permitted
Shoes removal required
Low blood sugar treatments including glucose gel for diabetics permitted
Clarifications include: aerosols prohibited, solid lipstick and baby food permitted."

Solid deodorant and solid soap is permitted
too. I hope the solid lipstick permitted also applies to chapstick.

Okay--what happens to aerosols in an unpressurized cargo bay?

"what happens to aerosols in an unpressurized cargo bay?"

Nothing.

Haven't we determined that where the luggage goes is pressurized? Just asking.... annieladd

Are asthma inhalers considered pressurized? Oh, who cares? I'm not flying anywhere real soon but they're prescription but in case I do go somewhere I'd hate to have them tossed.
