Select Specific Airline Connections
 

I need to know how to select a specific airline for each leg of my 1 connection trip.
example: I need to fly from syracuse to london, but want to fly jet blue from syracuse to jfk, and virgin from jfk to london. Every travel site I go to makes different combinations of airlines, but not the one I want. How or where do I go about select the specific airline I want for each leg?

AFAIK JryBlue tickets can only be purchased on their own site. They do not sell tickets through any other online agency.

Virgin Atlantic tickets can be purchased through different on line sites but since you'll be buying a separare tickets anyway so why not save the on line site's fee and buy directly from the airline's site.

Just remember. You will be flying on 2 separate tickets so if one flight is late you will not be protected for the connecting flight and may have to purchase a new last minute ticket to get to your destination or home. Give yourself time to connect in both directions, especially on the return as you will need extra time for immigration and customs.

Agree with AA. The same, for ex, is true with SWA. Most site searches like kayak.com won't come up with any combination that includes those airlines schedules.

jetBlue tix can be purchased at travelocity.

That website shows several airlines ex-SYR that connect to Virgin flights (DL, CO, UA) but not jetBlue.

I tried the multi-city option but got the same result. YMMV, tho, so try for your dates.

Safer to fly on same airline all way. Does AA fly from SYR to JFK?
