Sea-Tac Virgin Atlantic flight
 

Hi! I'm flying out of Sea-Tac (Seattle) airport in April with a nonstop to London Heathrow. I booked the flight with Delta, but it is operated by Virgin Atlantic. I have read that you check in with the operating flight, but SeaTac does not have Virgin Atlantic in its terminals. What am I supposed to do then? Check in with Delta? The flight has a Virgin Atlantic number. Thanks for any help!

Virgin flights don't start out of SeaTac until later this month -- so maybe they just don't list it yet???

What I saw at SEA when I flew out to Alaska on May 31 last year was that at least one of the check in desks changed ID's about 2 hours before a flight.
One airline shuts down their check in desk shortly after their last flight leaves and Virgin Atlantic will take it over 15-20 minutes later.

All of the overseas carriers' ticket counters are clustered at the south end of the main terminal, i.e. the last doors along the circular road that goes past the departures level. I fully expect VS' counter will be there, and I imagine you'll use the south satellite (S gates) for departures and arrivals, because that's where the customs and immigration facilities are located.

Thank you Gardyloo, that's what I was thinking. I remember always driving by that international terminal at the end, so that must be where their counter will be. Thanks all!
