I took that same flight and had a good experience. There were no problems on the way there. On the way back, the flight was delayed for over 5 hours, so we were given meal vouchers. After 4 hours, we were told the flight was cancelled and that we had already been booked on a flight the following day. We were given vouchers for a taxi, hotel, and meals. When we returned to the States, one of my travel companions discovered we were entitled to a partial refund per their contract of carriage. Approximately 80% of our fare was refunded. Their customer service was outstanding. We flew coach, and it was relatively comfortable.
