San Francisco Airport- transfer from international to terminal 3

What is the fastest way to get from the international terminal to terminal 3? Due to a United schedule change I have a maximum of 1.5 hours to get through US customs and immigration and make my domestic flight. And if the flight is late in arriving, I have even less time. I am leaving tomorrow, so any quick reply would be appreciated.

The terminals are pretty close together and you can just follow the signs and walk from one to the other. Good luck!

Thanks all. We'll sleep much better knowing that.
