I haven't flown out of Albuquerque in a while - are there restaurants to grab a bite at after one is through security?

Yes there are restaurants past security. None would be a place you'd ever eat at if you weren't a captive audience.

Black Mesa Coffee is okay in the morning for coffee, pastries etc.
