Carol - I'd be happy to pay a "security levy". Think of the consequences.

And if you think poorly trained bullying provides security then you are fine with rthe current system where ALL we do is react to past attempts. (I mean we all know the terrorist never has a new idea and flies under a known name)

But a system where large numbers of people in the airport are "exempt" run by people who think harassment and theatre represent security is a waste of my tax dollars IMHO. Remember that the original liquid bomb plot included an airport employee. And just last week several TSA agents were arrested for drug smuggling. I am sure that side business was not more important to them then the main job. (sarcasm intended)
