Qatar Airways Upgrade
 

I have just booked a trip to Rome via Doha for the end of the year in economy/coach. The trip consists of two legs on the way there and back and I have enough Qmiles to upgrade one of the legs to business class but, on their website, it is only giving me an option to upgrade one of the legs (Rome to Doha) and it says that the other legs are not available for upgrade. Does anyone know if this is a temporary situation and the other legs may open for upgrade in due course as I don’t want to use my miles for one of the shortest legs if it may be possible to upgrade one of the longer legs at a later stage when I won’t have the miles left to upgrade?
