Problems with EasyJet website

Jump to last reply

I booked a flight wtih easyjet online a couple of weeks ago with no issues. However, I just noticed on the confirmation that I need to add ID info otherwise I will not be able to board.
I thought I did this when booking, but OK, no big deal to do it again. However, when I follow the link and enter my e-mail address and password (booking # defaulted in) nothing happens - I just see a little spinning circle which never goes away and nothing happens. I even reset my password in case that was the issue. I have e-mailed easyjet, but from what I've read on line their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Calling them is a problem for me - I booked in the US for a flight from Liverpool to Naples, for my mom and I (she lives in Liverpool). Any suggestions?
