Power jacks question on seat guru

Gosh I hope this one doesn't get me tossed again. :(

I am looking at the website seat guru* and I am trying to figure out exactly where the power jacks are.

If it shows the black dot at the bottom of Seat C in Row 5, does it mean the guy in that seat has access? Or is it the guy behind him? I've seen power jacks on both the floor and on the console between seats.

Any insight anyone?

Thanks!

It means sitting at 5C has access to power.

thanks Ray!

Deb, apparently I got caught in the automatic commercial filter because I used the dot com in the header of my post. :(
They fixed it pretty quick, but I learned my lesson! :) hahaha

mz- I wasn't sure it mattered which airline, as I suspect the dots are placed the same on every seat on every plane on the site. Just wasn't sure if that meant exactly where the outlet was geographically.. or if that was the seat with the power. Just so you know, it doesn't always work out, anyway. On my last trip to Italy, well-planned out seat selection for the power jack... and it was broken and not functioning. :( oy!
