PDX distance
 

May sounds unually, but need to know how far from the private land area to the commercial area. I am flying private to the airport and catching a commercial flight on NW. Any idea how far I will have to hoof it

I think transient and various FBOs are located east of the main terminal. Maybe a 3/4 mile walk?

You mean the MAX light rail? The next station is way too far to the east of the airport facility.

From satellite picture, I think Gardyloo is right. The private plane area is about 1/2 mile from the main terminal. No idea how easy it is to walk back to the main terminal.

Never used PDX for general aviation, but most folks I've run into at similar bases will shuttle pax to the commercial terminal for free, or else will have a cab swing by as they're going to the terminal (empty) and shittle you for little or nothing.
