Other "Economy Plus" Airlines?
Are there any other U.S. carriers besides United that have the equivalent of UAL's Economy Plus (i.e., more legroom)? Thanks in advance.

No, United is the only one that offers Economy Plus.
For international flights, KLM offers something similar, and several other carriers offer a true Premium Economy product, which is a distinct product that is priced between coach and biz class. |
Jetblue has "Even More Legroom", even though their regular economy already has more legroom than all:

For more International airlines, both EVA and Thai also have this option.

To save everybody a lot of time, there are a lot of airlines that offer premium economy, mostly for longhaul flights, that are sold as a separate class. The seats are different, not just more legroom. These include:
Air France, Air NewZealand, ANA, British Airways, EVA, JAL, KLM, Qantas, SAS, Thai, V Australia, Virgin Atlantic, and maybe a few other smaller carriers. But for US carriers that offer a product similar to United's Economy Plus which is basically the same economy seat pur further apart, there is basically only Jetblue, with Rows 2-5 and Exit Rows 10-11 on their A320 and the exit row on their E190. Virgin America has something called "Main Cabin Select", but it's just the one bulkhead and one exit rows on their A319/320. |
Also British Midland on longhaul and Lan on many S. America routes.
