Orbitz Travel Insurance

Has anyone ever used Orbitz's travel insurance or do you know anything about it?It looks like I can buy it for $20 when I purchase airline tickets.

I haven't looked at it, but the usual cancellation and health insurance should be over $70. For $20 it may be only flight cancellation insurance, not a trip insurance.
