Can you run to premium economy on VA? Better than BA world traveller plus IMHO. They have been doing some special fares ( Virgin)

lucky73,

Methinks you probably have a better grip on what's the "best" coach service, give your many awards, than 99% of us.

I stick with loyalty.

AA gold lifetime.

I would go to www.kayak.com and go with the best price. I've always been happy with British Airways. Free alcohol, video on demand and a great selection of movies. Very decent food for economy, too.

United and US Air will charge $7 for a glass of wine. If you get a Continental pilot, the fasten seatbelt sign will be on for the entire flight if there are two bumps.

Premium economy with BA.com nice not cheap charge for fuel seats. If AA.com gold lifetime might just do some upgrading
with them. My wife and I did Citi CCs with them got
80000 points and upgraded our TA PAR flights to biz with them for April.

UA clearly has the worst entertainment and amenities among the three airlines flying non-stop SFO-LHR currently. However, as a Premier Gold, you can get E+ seats, which give you more legroom than standard coach on any of the airline.
