Also, I should be clear, even when I did get on board the second time, there was no signage that would have helped me. I knew from the previous day where to go, but the only signs I saw were on the monitors behind the magazine store.
It wouldn't cost them $100 to get a movable sign stand that they place in front of the magazine store (during flight hours) letting passengers know that the check-in is behind it. You can see signage for every other airline from the entrance, but there's not a single one for OpenSkies. I did read the email and showed up at Orly Sud originally, but again, I've never experienced an airline who didn't have clear signage to help guide you once you got to the airport.
