Malaysian airlines: am flying newark- dubai, any feedback would be appreciated.

I've flown then often within Asia, fine, not on par with Singapore Airlines but good anyway, remember that until Emirates start the route ( in June I think ) it's the only non-stop to Dubai so saves you a lot of time, what class? They uses 777s.

James: family of 4 coach on travelocity was $2100. first class was approx $37000.without miles upgrade opportunity it is not worth the $ to me . we will spend the$ at the burj-al-arab hotel instead.expedia and orbitz and malaysian air have fluctuated between $3800.and $13000. for the same exact flights.

I know it's not fashionable to say so, but I actually think Malaysian is the best asian carrier. I've flown with them several times and think they are excellent
The food's good, the entertainments excellent. The service spot on. Singapore Airlines once "forgot" to book me on a flight back to Europe, even though they had issued my ticket. I had to wait until a minute before the flight closed before they would let me check in. I then had to sit in the middle of a party of school kids. Tend to avoid Singapore Airlines now. |
PJKeay: thanks for insights. PG
