luggage limits on EasyJet

If I carry on one bag within the limits for a cabin bag, does that bag count against my total weight limit. I am planning to have one bag in the cabin and one bag in the hold and I want to know if the 20 kg limit counts both bags or just the hold bag.

20kg is for the checked luggage in the hold.

Hand luggage has no weight limit on Easyjet. The weight limits refer to checked luggage and are 20kg PER PASSENGER WHO HAS AT LEAST ONE CHECKED BAG. You can buy extra weight allowance but additional checked bags don't give you extra luggage allowance

Just flew them from Gatwick to Morocco. Be sure to put everything heavy in your carry on bag as they are very strict about weight allowances in your checked bag.
