Lufthansa on line check in
 

I checked site and didn't see where you could check in on line. Whats with this? do they not have on line check in?

Do you see the grey box on the right hand side of the front page? Third item is "Online Check-In".

I last flew LH a month ago and tried. I was told when I called that on-line checkin was not avail from North America.

Phone checkin offered no advantage, as I still needed to go to the checkin counter at the airport.

You guys are right. I dug a little further in their website, and it says OLCI only available between these cities:

- Amsterdam
- Barcelona
- Bremen
- Cologne
- Dortmund
- Dusseldorf
- Friedrichshafen
- Hanover
- Madrid
- Munster-Osnabruck
- Paderborn
- Rome
- Vienna
- Athens
- Berlin-Tegel
- Brussels
- Dresden
- Frankfurt
- Hamburg
- Hof-Plauen
- Leipzig
- Munich
- Nuremberg
- Paris
- Stuttgart

They are so behind the times.

But anyways, what do you expect? This is the only major international airline in the world that doesn't have personal video screens on ANY coach seat in their fleet.
