Looking for problems? Book via EasyClickTravel.com

I booked air tickets Tel Aviv - Vilnuis via easyclicktravel.com. I paid for business class, but actually travelled in economy class which required extra charge for luggage and meals which is about 50% of the initial cost of the tickets. Easyclicktravel admitted that this was due to their software bug and promised to get these extras refunded, but after I mailed them the relevant receipts they chose to ignore all my requests and messages. So I'd like to recommend staying away from them.

Ludmila_Shapiro,
You are a brand new member here, this is your very first post and it is a complaint against a business. Care to comment or do you just have an ax to grind?

Within the last 15 years, I've made hundreds of deals via internet (in Israel and abroad) and I haven't lost a single penny because a fraud. This is my first time, and I couldn't resist sharing it. International deals via internet are based on confidence and high decency of both sides. It's very difficult to sue fraudsters.
This site is focused on traveling so I'd like to give a warning to everybody. If we all share about good and bad companies, the latter won't last long.

Sounds like somebody else got the gold mine and

you got the shaft... I would file a dispute with

your Credit Card company this will get you immediate credit

an investigation and your money back.

I have used them for hotels in SA CA Europe several times

Have had nothing but good experiences... good prices

reputable listed on directrooms.com hotelscombined.com

So the answer might be to be a squeaky wheel so you

will get the Grease rather than suggest we all stop using

them beacause of your single negative experience.

I certainly will not the price points are too good.

But good luck!

Forgot if you have decent trip insurance always wise

it will frquently make you fianancially whole even

if the company does not.

If all else fails you can threaten to sue them

in small claims court and actually do it if needed

easy to do without an attorney...

Until the OP provide some more specifics, this thread is useless at best.

Thanks a lot to qwovadis for recommending us to apply to BBB. Due to their help, we finally got the refund. So the issue is closed. May be someone will find our experience useful...
Thanks again.

Never understand why some posters are so distrusting of a first time poster who is attempting to provide a heads-up. Some gratitude would be appropriate. Now I'm sure to get it!
