Is it just me? Southwest website #^(*$&@!!!
I have been trying to book Rapid Reward award [old one] ticket and could not get through the entire process. I had to finally call and book over phone. They told me that Google Chrome and Firefox are having difficulties with their site and if I used IE, it would be fine.
Well, I tried and the site was so pokey slow. That was yesterday. Now today, I cannot even log into my Rapid Rewards account and I have tried: Chrome, IE and AOL. Very frustrating. Anyone else having issues? |

I just booked old award tickets using firefox with no issues other than booking one ticket at a time. Hope it works out. |
I ended up having to call them to book flights. They said there was a problem with site. There were long waits on phone, I left my number 3 times before actually getting a return call that didn't cut out after I answered. Time to do all of this= 57 mins.

I've only ever had that problem one time with them, and only with the net, not on the phone. When I called not only did I get a quick answer, the person I spoke with was really one of the nicest phone people I've ever telephonically met! AND got me a great booking -- this had to do with a change in my son's travel plans.

Hi DebitNM, I have no idea if this is your problem, but a while back I couldn't access SW and finally realized the trouble was with my router. Once I bought a new one, everything was fine again! Good luck! :)

Thanks, Jayneann, but it was Southwest doing stuff to the website. Hopefully, it is ok now.
