Is AAA the way for BA?

Friends of mine just booked flights to and from London on BA next March--and they got seat assignments! An AAA agent made arrangements as a package; so is that the way to go?

But when is a seat assignment not a seat assignment as related by posters on these forums who only thought they had assigned seats until they checked in and found they didn't. I wonder how one can really know ahead of time?

You can pay for seat assignments on BA, so maybe that cost was part of the package?

I'll inquire. Ah, bribery...

AA.com BA.com codeshare flights

BA.com always charges me for seats

AA.com does not usually good prices

to BsAs expecially good right now since

their stock has tanked (worth $2.50/share on Fri)

and bankruptcy rumors are flying.

cheapoair.com kayak.com/buzz 2 good comp sites

insuremytrip.com would be wise odds are great

even if they go belly up they will still fly

and ultimately come back better than ever...
