Iceland air
Hello, I am looking at an Iceland Air flight from Cleveland to Glasgow. There is a 1 hour and 10minute layover in Reykjavik. Will I have to clear immigration in Iceland? If so, this doesn’t seem like enough time? Also, the return flight from Glasgow to Cleveland is a “separate ticket” going back through Reykjavik. What does that mean/how does that affect me? Thank you!

Keflavik is a small airport, in any case Icelandair is set up for transiting passengers, they woouldn't sell you a ticket for 1h10m if you couldn't do it.
You won't clear immigration in Keflavik in either direction.
I've no idea what you mean by a separate tickt as it has several possible meanings depending on how you booked it.

We flew Iceland Air for the first time in May.
Yes, you will clear immigration in KEF.
We flew on three separate tickets - DEN-KEF, KEF-ZRH, ZRH-KEF-DEN.
If you are connecting from an Iceland Air flight to another Iceland Air flight, I doubt you will have any problem. KEF is well set up for tight connections - in fact, they seem to specialize in it and are incredibly efficient.
Our flight from Zurich to KEF arrived 40 minutes late...eating up most of our 55 minute connection time. Most everyone on the plane seemed to be in the same situation. The crew assured us we’d all make our connecting flights, and gave us Fast Passes, permission to jump the queue at Immigration; they worked a treat, we were through in minutes; thankfully there was no additional security.
My advice - pick up some food for the flights before you leave Glasgow. The food Iceland Air sells on board is pretty dismal - and expensive. You won't have time to pick anything up in KEF - and even if you did, you might pass out at the cost.

Well personally I don’t think you will clear immigration at KEF but I could be wrong:

There are some hilariously funny threads on the Internet about this subject which are reminiscent of the Who’s on First skit. It’s also not clear to me if this covers transiting passengers or just those starting their flight from KEF.
