I need 1/2 credit on Southwest...
 

..for a free flight. I have 15 1/2 credits. Any ideas how I can earn 1/2 credit easily, fast and not costly? I don't know how I got that 1/2 credit I have now!

I know you can get 1/2 credits for car rentals and hotel stays - check out the deals they have and maybe there is a special going on near you.

If you've rented a car or hotel in the past & it's one of SWA travel partners, you can earn 1/2 credit by sending them the bill info, check their site for details.

sign up for their credit card if you haven't already.

Well, you can't buy an additional credit like you can with some other airlines.

Rental car, hotel, or the credit card are your choices.

With AA, they offer so many opportunities to add flight points, such as 1800Flowers -- which I send to myself often! ((F))

I wasn't paing attention to how many credits I had before going to Houston. So, as a result, the credits from Marriott went on to DH's account! I did stay at HI Express for 2 nights, but somehow when I set up the priority awards account, I got points instead of miles. I don't remember selecting it, but must have. I called HI Express to ask if they could switch it to SW Credit and they said no. Maybe I should try asking again.

My logic hasn't been quite right lately.
