I hope the TSA hand inspects my checked luggage tomorrow

It will contain 4 packages of frozen spaghetti sauce (a liquid), some Easter candy, and a 5 feet wide foam cowboy hat - all requests of our son at destination (don't ask about the hat - I wish I knew). Last time I tried to carry-on rather large amount of chocolate, they said it showed up strange on x-ray - especially the foil-wrapped bunny. So into the checked luggage it goes.

I hope my checking these items makes someone safer on my flight.

I wish you luck, gail. Hope the frozen sauce does not MELT too quickly, and becomes liquid.

Especially if you need to change planes in Europe....

Sauce arrived in Savannah still frozen - we flew Boston-Savannah on smaller regional jet and I think the sauce was kept nicely refrigerated in baggage area. Upon arrival noticed I had 4 ounce container of hand lotion and small bottle of Purell in my purse - I have a new theory that TSA realizes this liquid ban is nonsense but can not get rid of it without looking even dumber than they already do.

I've learned that it changes from one airport to another...

Don't want to give any info that might be helpful to some evil-doers, but I have a feeling that the Europens are more strict about it. Again, one airport is more strcit than the other.
