How long does it take to get refund from cathay pacific airline.
 

I cancelled my cathay pacific online booking by sending an email to ticketrefund@cath.. . My booking is cancelled as i can not access it anymore by login in on their site. But there is no credit to my credit card which I used to pay for tickets. Has anyone done this before and know about how long do I have to wait to get the refund.

For things like this, I would definitely call them, and not rely on them replying to emails.

I can't give you a precise answer but can tell you that over the years I've gotten refunds from various airlines anywhere from 1 day to a couple of weeks.

Why don't you call Cathy Pacific and ask them? The answer they give you will be as good as any you'd get here.

I waited for a refund for 12 weeks once!!!!

Have you got your refund yet? I just cancelled my ticket 2 weeks ago; they also replied to my email that the refund has been processed. however, I am right now still waiting for the refund. :(
