Help with itasoftware.com

Thanks to the advice here I have found some good fares for a yvr to mad return flight in May. However I have spoken to three travel agents and they are not able to find anything near the fare I get on the ita web site. The flights connect through Frankfurt and both legs are star alliance partners. AC return to frankfurt and Spanair ( LT) to Madrid. Any ideas how to make this work? Thanks

Print out the itn with fare codes. Call a TA or one of the airlines res desk. They should be able to get the fare once given the exact flights and fare codes. Good luck!

Try Orbitz.com. They use ita's engine, and most of the time if the fare is indeed still valid, they can get it ticketed.

While not specific to this itinerary, I switched my searches from itasoftware to kayak because I had trouble on several occasions actually finding and booking the itinerary from itasoftware.

Thanks - no luck with travel agents but was able to get a fare within $50 on orbitz. Thanks for the suggestions
