help booking w Ryan air
 

Hello I am trying to book a flight w ryanair from dublin to edinburgh and it's asking for contact phone number but when I enter my phone number it says my contact information is incorrect? I saw they have a pop up that says to type it out a certain way....but it makes no sense to me this is the suggestion

I don't understand what they mean by provider? Is there somewhere I can find more information on this? Or has anyone been able to figure this out?
I tried no phone number but that didn't seem to work either.

It appears the first two numbers are your country code, 01 for the US, 34 for Spain, 44 for the UK, followed by your local number.

Thus, for the US you would have (1) 9195551212

And you can use any number, they won't call you :)

No, they won't call you, but they can send SMS messages in the event of a sched change or flight cancellation. They also send emails.
