Has anyone used Cook Travel for airline tickets?

For business or first class airline tickets. They don't sell domestic and only first or business class. It looks like they've been in business for a while. Has anyone purchased from them or know the downside?

The downside is if there are any problems you will have to contact them. It adds a middle man to your ticket than if you booked directly with the airline. What's the upside of using them?

Well a first class ticket from GNV to NBO on delta through the Delta site was $7200. I was quoted $5900, if I remember correctly. My trip plans changed so I never followed through.
