Increasing mileage reqmts for Award Travel

Is United increasing the mileage required for award Travel as of Feb 2014 ?
I have seen a Saver/Standard Travel Award Chart , but I can't make any sense of it..
I am interested in flights between the US and Paris, in July.........,,,which currently require 30,000 miles each way, per person.
I found the chart on http://www.united.com/web/en-US/cont...t-02-01-14.pdf
Any help is appreciated.
Thank s

Right now, I am finding only one trip that meets my needs for a trip in July (using award points), am I more likely to see more, or less/none, if I wait until next year to book ?

1. Yes, mileage requirements for both saver and standard level awards US to Europe have increased for awards redeemed after February 1, 2014. Economy saver remains at 30K miles each way but all others have changed. Note that it is when you redeem the award, not the date of travel that determines the miles required. So if you are traveling in Summer 2014 but redeem the award by the end of January 2014 you pay the lower rate currently in effect. After that - the new award chart posted at http://www.united.com/web/en-US/cont...t-02-01-14.pdf shows the miles required for a one way ticket on UA flights in coach/business/first as 30/57.5/80 K for saver and 65/150/170 K for standard.

2. Predicting future availability is a crap shoot, at best, especially saver level awards. My recommendation is that if you see a saver level award come available, snatch it up.
