Flying Blue - Can't Log On
 

Leaving on KLM in a week, and have had Flying Blue -- Air France/KLM for years. My ticket confirmation confirms our account numbers, but can't seem to log on! Has this been a problem for anyone? Today it took forever to confirm my flights using the ticket confirmation number.

No never had a problem logging in, works fine on the app and desktop. Did you create a login for your Flying Blue account on the KLM website? Maybe you need to sign up for it first.

I log on through KLM or Air France even though I use Flying Blue miles for the tickets. Do. you also have the KLM app and have you tried it? I find I have to dink around with the different sites sometimes.

Go to the login page, don't enter anything, and then click on "Forgot Flying Blue number?"
On the next page, enter in the email address where you received the conformation email. Click on Continue.

If that email address isn't linked to an FB number then it will say so. I just tried it. That would mean that the email you entered is not linked to your FB acount.

If it does find that email address then it will probably say that they sent you an email with instructions. It will be ok to click on links in that email, if needed (as the link might take you to a password reset webpage).

lol. i guess now she will have some ideas on how to log in and check to see if the miles were posted.
