Flights for week in March

Just wondering if it's typical to find flights in March to be very expensive?

Going Boston to San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Cruise leaves on Sunday, 3/21 at 11 PM
Cruise returns on Sunday, 3/28 at 6 AM

I can't seem to find decent prices at all from Boston to San Juan that would fit those times!

Thanks everyone.

1) Cold weather. 2) Spring break time. 3) About a month out. 4) Weekend departure and return. 5) Apparently locked into those days. I wouldn't be surprised to find expensive flights.

Got to agree that this one is going to be tough. You are basically a month out, and that's when the airline hope that late flyers and business travelers will pay the high prices and give them some profit....

Sorry, but I would buy soon, it's probably not going to be a lot cheaper.

Also, I would make sure I arrive a day BEFORE the cruise. I would hate to miss the boat due to a delay!

Might want to get it from the cruise line.

It's typical - thousands of cruise pax flooding the airports at the same times. Seller's market is what it's called.

Look at itineraries with an intermediate stop, but you shouldn't expect miracles.
