Flight between Toronto (Canada) and Frankfurt (Germany)
 

Has anyone taken a Lufthansa flight between Toronto and Frankfurt recently? I've heard many bad reviews about Lufthansa. I've recently purchased a ticket for Lufthansa for travel between Toronto and Frankfurt. I'm interested to know if service is still awful on Lufthansa (and the Frankfurt airport)?

Lufthansa is one of the most reputable airlines in the world. I'm not sure where you found those reviews, but I've been flying and booking this airline for over 15 years, and only a handful of passengers complained (who knows why). Understand this, nothing and noone will ever satisfy 100% of travelers. SO you need to build your own opinion.

I have flown business class a few times and it was fine. Once I was bumped up to 1st class because BC was overbooked. Oh that was painful. Such hardship.

4 times I have booked TOR-FRA with Lufthansa - each time its been an Air Canada aircraft and crew - all absouletly fine. They are both part of Star Alliance and share this route.
