Fall Business Class Fare Sales: When?
Does anyone recall when the Fall Business Class fare sales are announced? I've got a mid-November trip from NY to Amsterdam. I was hoping to use Continental miles to upgrade off an economy ticket but there are no seats available...

If you mean the Thanksgiving holiday BF fare, then probably late August early September. But dates are quite restricted, if I remember correctly. if you have specific dates in mind in mid-November and not during Thanksgiving, they may not apply.

Upgrade rewards will be difficult to come by. If you want to fly business class, you pretty much have to pay for it. No standard BF award available either, but call Onepass and see if they can put you one of the KL flights.

I actually see the holiday BF fares now on continental.com. Outbound either 11/17-24 or 12/15-31.
I tried 11/21-26. EWR-AMS is $2,768 all-in. Cheaper, but not as good a deal as we've seen in previous years. These "R" fares only earn 100% Onepass spendable miles, but 150% EQM.
