I have been in the Executive Assistant role for over 20 years. In my newest position as an EA for the president of a large corporation in Philadelphia I would like to become an expert in booking travel - mostly airline - what training, certification or other training can I take to help in this regard. Appreciate your time and consideration.

Also, training around reward/award programs regional awards vs. mileage awards, etc.
