Driving from US to Toronto and flying into Denver

Driving to Toronto from PA because of a great rate. How does customs work once we land in Denver? We have a comnecting flight to Kona, Hawaii. Thanks!!

You will clear US Immigration and Customs before boarding your plane in Toronto. Your flight to Denver will land as a “domestic” flight so you’ll just walk off the plane and go your connecting flight.
