domestic flights within Turkey - middle name on tickets needed?

We have booked a couple domestic flights within Turkey. When filling out the online form for these, the boxes for name were just 2 - first and last, so didn't even think about middle names...until I was just booking an unrelated travelocity (which has three boxes) flight for work today.

My passport does have my middle name on it and my fiance's has his middle initial. Our flights to/from New York were entered with middle name/initial to match our passprots, so not concerened about those tickets and our TSA here in the US.

The question I have is regarding just our internal Turkey flights (one with pegasus and one with turkish airlines) - will we have issues with checkin and/or Turkish security if our middle name/ initial is not on the airline ticket?
