Do you know a good restaurant at Schiphol?
 

My wife and I will have about 3 1/2 hours in Schiphol between a flight from the US continuing on to Edinburgh. We have access to KLM Lounge but they only get OK to poor food reviews. Can you recommend a good restaurant - inside security? Would love to find a restaurant serving good local cuisine - no US chains. Not successful on the internet. Thanks!

Very tough given the time frame. What about a restaurant in an airport hotel.

I'm not 100% sure it's inside Security, but Amsterdam Bread Company was pretty good when I went thru Schiphol in September.

It's tough in airports, I'd say try the lounge but take advantage of the open bar first :toj:

Amsterdam read Company is inside Security. I thought their sandwiches were great, and it’s cafeteris style, so pretty fast.
