Delta charged two different FF costs in less than a minute
Morning, folks. Top 'o the day to you all!
I booked flights for myself and hubby yesterday, one right after the other, and this morning I noticed that my account was charged with 25,000 miles while DH was charged with 40,000. (The website had shown 40,000 was used out of each account at the time of booking.)
Should I contact Delta and try to get DH's flights at less or keep my big mouth shut and pocket the extra left in my account? I'm thinking the latter

I am not sure they will figure it out - but I would check your flight info using tracking number (not your FF account #) to make sure they really did book the right flight to correct destination. I think once you have a reservation confirmation at a certain price - whether points or dollars - that is what they sold it to you as and unlikely to change.

So far so good - I have the correct flights, am sitting next to my "high priced" hubby and still have the extra points in my account. I'm sure we have given Delta (and will give in the future) WAY more money than this little difference will cost them so I really don't feel bad about the mix-up.
