Customs question

Jump to last reply

Looking at an itinerary:

Glasgow to Dublin (3 hr layover)
Dublin to Toronto (1 hr 45 layover)
Toronto to Baltimore

Guessing no preclearance in Dublin since destination is Toronto.
If Toronto is site for pre-clearnace, is this adequate time?
Or is Customs done at BWI?

Fare is excellent, so making 2 stops is worth it. Just don't want it to be too tight.

Thanks
