Connection time @ AMS - is 1:20 enough

I'm considering a trip to Estonia via Amsterdam from Toronto. The return flight has a connection time at AMS of only 1 hour 20 minutes. The flight from Tallinn to AMS is with Estonia Air and the AMS -YYZ leg is with KLM. I found the trip on Skyscanner ($469 return) but I am concerned that the connection time at AMS is very short and I may miss the flight to Toronto. Would KLM rebook me on another flight if that happened?

If you are on one ticket and miss a legal connection,KLM will rebook you. But, is there a later flight to Toronto or are you taking the chance of spending a night in an airport hotel?

If your flight to AMS is on time, and you are not bussed into the terminal, you should be able to make the flight. I would not take that connection if I could avoid the anxiety with a different inbound flight.

That's a good transfer time if you're on one ticket. Schipol is one of the easier airports through which to transfer.
