Coach on United 767-400

Does anyone have a recent report on UA 767-400 in coach? Looking at Seatguru there don't seem to be any coach seats with good reviews. Bulkhead row 16 is noted as having limited legroom and exit row seats row 28 noted as being narrower than other seats because of tray table and proximity of lavatories. Does anyone have personal experience with this plane/rows 16 and 28? Thanks.

The last time I flew on the 767 on United I decided to splurge and upgrade to Premium Economy. If you need more legroom I think it will be money well spent.

The seatguru description is correct.

Check the seating three days before the flight. If there are a lot of seats in Premium Economy, upgrade. I've been on flights where everyone in PE had a row to themselves and economy was packed full. Be aware that beer is $6.99, wine is $7.99 and the fasten seatbelt sign is always on but everyone ignores the sign. United inherited many Continental pilots and they refuse to turn off the fasten seatbelt sign. Does anyone know the story behind this? Perhaps a lawsuit?
