Cathay Pacific - headphones: one or two prong?

Are headphones on CX flights one/two/three prongs? Can I use my noise cancelling headphones (with an airline adaptor) on their planes?

Single 1/4" plug, which is the large type. Not the mini-plug found on portable players. You can definitely use your NC headphones, but with a 1/4" to miniplug adapter.

Thanks. I have had people telling me that CX have three-pin plugs but I can still use the standard two-pin jack. When you say mini-plug, you mean the stanard 3.5mm jack? Not sure whether my headphones come with 1/4 adaptor!

You can get one for very cheap at Radioshack.

$4.59 for the regular version, part #274-367.

$4.99 for the gold plated version, part #274-0876.
