Canadian Departing from the USA

I bought some tickets online to a flight to Asia, and they depart out of Seattle. I'm currently living in Vancouver. Would that potentially cause any problems? Customs or otherwise?

It might sound like a dumb question with a simple answer, but I want to make sure all my bases are covered.

Departing from a US airport on an international flight is no different than getting on a domestic flight, except that the airline will ask to see you passport at checkin.

Besides that, security etc is no different. The US does not care who leaves and what they are bringing.

Entering the US by car (I assume you are driving from Vancouver) is a normal CAN-US border crossing which I'm guessing you've done many times.
