Bravofly Legal Actions
Hi everyone,
We have a claim on-going with Bravofly since January. A Department of Commerce of Western Australia officer got involved but Bravofly still hasn't refund our money. We have been advised to take legal actions however we cannot find a registered address in Australia to send our letter of demand and other legal documents required by the court. We did a research on Asic but we cannot find the registered address. The customer centre is not able to provide this information either... Does anyone have ever taken legal actions against Bravofly? Can anyone provide a postal address for Bravofly legal department? Many Thanks Susie P |
Have a look at TripAdvisor on travel forum.
There are many threads about it and ravofly even looks at those threads and answers. Good luck. |
They are registered in Switzerland
Legal action in OZ might not be possible. Happy to join a class action against them. I am battling since April 2014 for compensation from bravofly. They stuffed up the return flight from Bangkok to Sydney. Pathetic customer service and incompetent staff sums it up. Hard to believe they keep offering me bravofly vouchers! Wrote various comments on the situation see link below https://www.trustpilot.com/reviews/5...00ff00096999c9 More email contacts below I gathered over time Rosangela Leone <[email protected]>, Priscilla Daroda <[email protected]>, [email protected] Let me know how you go. Regards Kurt |
Good luck with your claim and with a class action. I have never used Bravofly, having been warned on this forum of their fraudulent business practices. I would say it is not just incompetent staff and pathetic service that are the problems, it is the whole business model. They fraudulently sell tickets purchased with FF miles, knowing full well that if the airline catches on the tickets will be cancelled, with no recourse for the customer. Maybe you should follow their example: take their worthless vouchers and then sell them to to some other unsuspecting sucker ;-)!

spacetime: Did you ever do as they requested which was to send in receipts of your out of pocket expenses so they can refund you the correct amount?

Had a a terrible experience with bravofly this weekend. They emailed to say that that my flight from Bali to KL had been rescheduled (3+ hours late) which meant that I would miss my connection to Kokatta.
Rang them as soon as I got the email (don't even talk about international roaming charges, and then they have the temerity to ask for 6.70 Euros merely to talk to them!) Anyway, I thought worth getting this sorted, so paid 6.70 Euros, spoke to Sarah (30th July night on thier +39 number), spoke to someone who gave thier name as Sarah, about 11 PM Indonesian time, she said I would be contacted by email - I have not received any email yet (morning of 31 July). I had asked them to cancel the ticket, and her response was that we will have to contact the airlines and get back to you. I asked for a ring back, but she insisted that they would respond by email. I spoke to AirAsia on 30 July morning at slightly past 6 AM (when thier offices open in Indonesia. The said that they were happy to give a full refund, but because it was booked through bravofly, I would have to get in touch with them, (which I had already done). No email from bravofly yet (over 24 hours when I requested cancellation, because they would not make alternative arrangements. Since the promised email - 2 days ago - has not materialized, I have to now think of them as scam artists, I have all the documentauion to proove the episde. Bottom line - do not book with bravofly! They are scam artists. |
