Boston-Madrid Summer Airfare

August RT airfare is about $1000 - which is additional amount over land portion of tour we are considering if we buy airfare thru tour company. Checked various individual airline websites as well as the expedia/travelocity way. Do not want to try Priceline.

Any tips, experience, good guesses, etc. on ways we could find a cheaper airfare - or do we just deal with it if we decide to go.

Thanks - I'll check it out. We could certainly get to Newark from Boston for the difference!

Gail, I sure hope you can take advantage of this! I just checked some dates at random for August travel and it's even lower, approx. $410!!

Thanks again - for that price I might even swim on the return trip!

There is a charter, Air Comet that flies out of NYC to Madrid and Malaga which you can book through Petrabax. www.petrabaxusa.com There is also a charter to Lisbon out of Boston if that would help any.
