Booking Biz-outbound Econ-return online?
 

Is it possible to book a flight online taking Business Class to Europe and returning on Coach (or E+)? Or does one have to do that via phone? I'm especially thinking of UA.

I know that American Airlines allows you to book one way flights online so that you could book the flights as you describe. I don't know about UA. You should be able to figure that out from their website.

The "flight search" screen on the UA site allows you to select one class of service for the outbound and another for the return. Look at the lines where you enter departure and return dates...
